At The Burning Edge, we value your privacy. We will never sell or otherwise give out your information to another company. All information you enter will be used solely for your order and the use of providing you with the best possible service.

We use PayPal to process all orders. PayPal offers you security and the ability to pay through several means, including via check or credit card.

You do not need a PayPal Account to use this service.

Returns and Refunds
We want the product that you receive to fulfill your expectations. We carefully inspect the merchandise offered on our website before engraving it, and we often will email you with a mockup of the item with how the engraving will look, for your approval, before it is engraved.
We make all efforts to provide a product that will satisfy you and that will last for generations.

If something is wrong with the product, and you call the day you receive it, we will remake your order after you send it back and we receive the damaged product.

If something is wrong with the engraving, and you have approved the mockup via email, we will work with you for the best possible solution, such as a discount on your next order.

Because most engravings are personal, we cannot accept returns for any other reason.

All returns must be shipped pre-paid unless prior arrangements are made with us.

Whether you are sending a defective item back, or if you are sending your own item/s for us to engrave, we do recommend that you package the item/s securely, insure your package and send it via a traceable carrier such as UPS or United States Postal Service with confirmation.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments being sent or returned to us.

Shipping
Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery from receipt of your payment. Please note, if you choose to pay via check through PayPal, this is fine, but it will take 4-7 days for PayPal to get authorization from your bank. Depending on the product, we may not start the production process until this authorization is complete.

If the order is place through the website, we will notify you when your order is shipped.

Placing an order through this website is considered acceptance of these policies.
