At The Burning Edge, we’re here to provide for you a truly personalized product. If you already have something that you want engraved, we can do so at a very reasonable rate. Some metals and plastics simply cannot be laser engraved, but contact us to get our professional opinion before deciding whether or not to attempt it. Many metals can be engraved by using a marking material which binds to the metal.

Prices on products in our on-line store include initial setup and engraving charges for up to 8 lines of text. We will always contact you before we perform a job if it is determined that extra charges will apply.

If you provide a graphic that needs additional work to make it render properly, we will provide this at no extra charge for up to a 1/2 hour's worth of time. Standard graphic design charges are $40 an hour. We will ALWAYS notify you if extra charges apply before a job is started, to get your verbal (or written) consent.

Shipping
Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery from receipt of your payment. Please note, if you choose to pay via check through PayPal, this is fine, but it may take 4-7 days for PayPal to get authorization from your bank. Depending on the product, we may not start the production process until this authorization is complete.

If the order is place through the website, we will notify you when your order is shipped.
